Hello, I’m Alyssa, a qualified medical herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH). I founded Tincture Herbal Consultation & Dispensary to provide safe, evidence-based herbal care for people who want a more natural approach to their health.

Why Herbal Medicine?

I was drawn to herbal medicine because it bridges science and tradition. Herbs have centuries of use behind them, and modern research is now confirming what practitioners have known for generations. I love combining the two — creating treatment plans that are both rooted in tradition and backed by evidence.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

• Diploma in Herbal Medicine (BSc equivalent at 4 years full time, plus 500 hours clinical training)

• Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (the UK’s leading professional body for herbalists)

• Fully insured to practise in the UK
