Initial Consultation – £75 (60 minutes)

Your first appointment is a comprehensive health assessment. This is why it is 60 minutes long

We will cover:

• Your health history, current symptoms, family history, and lifestyle

• Systems review (ie cardiovascular, digestive system) so I can see the wider picture and understand the root cause in a more holistic way

• Any medications or supplements you’re taking

• Your goals for health and wellbeing

I will follow up via email with:

• A personalised herbal prescription (tinctures, teas, or capsules)

• Tailored diet and lifestyle guidance

• A clear plan for your first month of care with treatment goals and focus

Herbal medicines are an additional cost, typically £40–£60 per month depending on your prescription.

Follow-Up Consultations – £45 (30-45 minutes)

Follow-ups are an important part of your care. Most clients benefit from two follow-ups 4-6 weeks apart, then reviews every 3-6 months if ongoing support is needed.

At each follow-up we will:

• Review how you are responding to your herbs

• Adjust formulas or dosage if needed

• Support you with practical lifestyle strategies

• Track your progress and next steps

Herbal Medicine

Every prescription is blended individually for you. Medicines may include tinctures, teas, or capsules. I may also recommend certain supplements.

Typical costs: (excluding postage, if required)

• Tinctures: ~£50 per month (this is £12 per week/105ml tincture)

• Teas: from £10 per 100g

• Capsules: dependent on type of capsule

Most clients spend £50–£70 per month on their prescription.

What to Expect

Your treatment typically follows this pathway:

1. Initial consultation (60 minutes, £75)

2. Two follow-ups (30 minutes, £45 each)

3. Maintenance care (every 2–3 months, if needed, this is something we will discuss as most people will start to have noticeable improvements after 3 appointments)

4. Herbal medicine is charged separately and is typically about £50-70 per month

This structure provides safe monitoring, tailored adjustments, and support to help you achieve the best results. After each appointment, I will also follow up with you with an email, detailing what we discussed and a management plan to help you feel better.
